The Belux organization, which is based in Beerse, is responsible for the sales and marketing of several leading brands in key consumer segments:
– for OTC in the area of Digestive Health (Imodium, Motilium), Pain (Perdolan), Cough & Cold (Bronchosedal, Sinutab), Smoking Cessation (Nicorette), & Other Segments (Daktarin, Hextril, etc.),
– for Consumer Health Care in the area of Women’s healthcare (OB, Carefree, Vania), Oral Care (Listerine) and Foot care (Compeed).
– for Beauty & Baby (Roc, Neutrogena, Le Petit Marseillais)
Summary of the position
For our pharma channel we are looking for a Customer & Shopper manager Be (PG25)
In this role you are responsible for leading a J&J business unit from category and customer understanding perspective, the development and implementation of category strategies and customer activation tools.
– Category/Customer business analytics
– Responsibility for category management projects with key accounts
– Responsibility for sales & customer projects covering trainings programs, sales tools, category growth detailing tools
– Development and expansion of customer relationships and close cooperation with sales (key account, sales reps.)
– Development, implementation and performance analysis of category visions, strategies and tactics such as customer activation tools, customer trainings to support & develop their advice
– Close cooperation with the Consumer Marketing of the project idea to the launch of our brand to optimize contribution to the growth category
– Competitive analysis of relevant trends and category developments at customer
– Coordinating the full day-to-day management of the pharmacy channel with focus on the pharmacist & his staff
– Coordinating the deployment of midterm brand plans
– Ensuring excellent collaboration with internal and external parties both locally and internationally
Qualifications
Academic studies: University Degree / BA / Master ideally in Business with focus in Marketing / Sales
Min. 2-4 years experience in pharma: good understanding of pharma customer
Experience in category management, trade marketing, consumer marketing in FMCG or pharma is an asset
