Description
As a member of our Human Resources team, you are responsible for creating the context which enables all our people to be at their very best, so that we can achieve and exceed our business objectives. In support of that, you create systems, strategies and tools that attract, develop, challenge, motivate and reward our people. As a business partner you will use your excellent collaboration and influencing skills to work with our leaders, you will enable them to effectively manage their organizations. In order to lead projects you will have to think creatively and at the same time be result oriented. We will work with you to plan your assignments and training – on the job and class room – to support your development and help you succeed as an HR professional. As your career develops you might take on roles such as HR leader of a national CBD/ Sales organization, a production plant or a regional or global role.

Qualifications
We are looking for
- Top talent with business background (master degree) coupled with HR/Behavioral interest/passion
- Evidence of passion and achievements in academic or non-academic activities
- Short work experience
- Leadership/Self starting capabilities, collaboration skills, creativity and strategic analysis
- Market and working knowledge in the language of country of interest
- Good command of the English language
- Eligibility to work in the country of interest
