A hot sauce range based on coconut vinegar has been launched in the UK. The range from Buko includes Regular, Tangy and Fiery sauces, using Mother of Vinegar made from eight-month fermented coconut sap in all the sauces. They can be used as a condiment, or in salad dressings, marinades and sauces. The sauces are based on traditional recipes from the Philippines, where coconut vinegar is used as the base for various dishes, and are available in 150ml jars, with an RRP of £3.99.
