oomi noodles

oomi has produced a gluten free noodle that contains 75% less carbohydrates than an average noodle but with nearly 13g of protein per serving. Most low carbohydrate noodles rely on a watery pack environment, which oomi’s patented production method avoids, presenting a finished product indistinguishable in taste and texture to a classic fresh noodle. oomi noodles were launched onto Tesco shelves this January (2017).
