You will be part of the J&J Global Recruitment team, serving specific internal clients, manage the recruiting process for J&J businesses in Belgium.
Job Description

The (junior) Sourcing Specialist will actively and proactively identify and recruit top talent in a highly competitive employment marketplace.
–
As a key member of the Belgian Recruiting Team, you will have the opportunity to provide recruitment marketplace expertise to a dynamic and optimally decentralized client base representing the pharmaceutical, medical devices & diagnostics, and consumer products markets.
–
In partnership with your Recruitment peers, you will use your expertise to identify, evaluate, manage and execute proactive recruitment sourcing plans, position specific talent identification strategies, initiatives, and tactics.
–
This includes networking, internet job boards and social media, database mining, referrals, ad response, professional outreach, agencies and advanced recruiting techniques.

Gather/compile/maintain/provide regular metrics for HR-related activities.

Manage the data associated with the recruitment process to ensure all relevant data on applicants, the process and the final hiring decision is properly handled in a compliant and timely manner.

Maintain all critical employment information systems (e.g., Taleo) to ensure data integrity and participate in projects that enhance the recruitment process and provide the organization a competitive advantage in the employment marketplace.

You have at least a Master’s degree, preferably in Occupational & Organisational Psychology

Ideally you already have some (1 to 3 years) experience in Sourcing, preferably in a recruitment agency.

You are user of social media tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter,?
–
You are a self starter and can work independently.
–
You are fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is an asset.
–
You consider yourself as being communicative, customer-oriented, independent, flexible and organizational

You are flexible with regard to location (Beerse, Geel and travel to Brussels)
