Nestlé will sell its mainstream vitamin brands to private equity firm Yellow Wood Partners for $1 billion (€860 million), it said.
The company said the divestiture of mainstream offerings, including Nature’s Bounty and Ester-C, will allow it to prioritize businesses with the “strongest competitive advantage.”
